3. Products and Donations

Harvesting Hope offers agricultural kits and related products for purchase, as well as the ability to donate kits to communities in need. By making a purchase or donation through our Website:

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and contact information
  • You understand that all prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated
  • You acknowledge that donations are non-refundable unless required by law
  • You understand that product availability may vary and we reserve the right to limit quantities

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and pricing. However, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders and will notify you promptly.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, videos, and software, is the property of Harvesting Hope or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided that you do not modify the content and that all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.
